Your job
As a Group Leader, you are responsible for the setup and the operational leadership of projects in the French part of Switzerland. Your responsibilities include:
- Manage large scale projects (> 1 Million CHF) and/or supervise project portfolio in a profitable way and with customer satisfaction
- Warranty the quality of the deliverables and make the project leaders apply project management best practices and ELCA standards
- Take the responsibility to lead commercial offers and support sales to develop customer portfolios
- Manage teams and resolve conflicts
- Support and decision making regarding architecture and design
- Report to top management in an efficient manner
- Potentially manage partner and supplier relationships

Your profile
- Solid understanding of the IT-Industry (technical background)
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Experience with agile methodology and development environment
- Coaching and leadership of project staff
